Do you offer multi-part mouthpieces?
Nope! We only offer one piece mouthpieces.
What finishes do you offer?
Silver, Gold, and Rhodium plating, and Titanium Carbonitride (PVD) coating. All our mouthpieces are the same one-piece brass mouthpieces, just with different coatings.
Will you accept custom mouthpiece orders?
No, we currently only offer the stock models that can be found on the shop page.
Are you planning to add more models?
Yes! We will be releasing new models regularly, adding new rim, cup, and bore sizes as soon as we can support them - we’re always working on new things. Subscribe to our email list to keep up to date with new models and options as they become available.
How do I place an order?
Go to our shop page and see if the mouthpiece configuration you’re looking for is in stock. If it is, add it to the cart and buy it! If not, either contact us or sign up for our email list to get updated when we re-stock.
Once I’ve ordered a mouthpiece how long should I expect until shipment?
In-stock mouthpieces will usually be shipped in 1-2 business days. Made-to-order models will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
What is your return policy? Do your mouthpieces have warranties?
We offer a 15 day return policy, with a 10% re-stocking fee. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for more details.
