Return Policy

Return Window

Domestic customers in the USA may return any standard mouthpiece within 15 days of delivery. We are unable to accept international returns for the time being.

Refund

We’ll refund the purchase price back to your original payment method, minus:  Return shipping (for customer-requested returns) and a 10% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Made to order mouthpieces (such as those with Gold or Rhodium coatings) are non-returnable. International orders are also non-returnable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Report defects or shipping errors within 7 days of receipt. We cover all return shipping and will either send you a replacement or issue a full refund (no restocking fee)

Exchanges

Limited to one per original purchase—must be requested within the same 15-day window. You pay any price difference and return shipping; we waive the restocking fee on the item you send back.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange 

Email jon@kaplanbrehm.com with your order number and the reason. We’ll issue an RMA and, if it’s a defect or our error, a prepaid return label. Ship the item back within 5 business days. Once we inspect it, we’ll process your refund or ship your replacement.
